When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you complete the contact form on our website, a representative of the company will receive your name and surname, contact number, e-mail address, a subject and a message. We keep this information until we are asked to remove it by the individual in question or by any other third party company as per a court order.
The information collected in this contact form is not shared with any other third party company, organizations or persons. This information is also not used for marketing reasons.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What data breach procedures we have in place
This website makes use of a security platform called Wordfence security which prohibits suspicious activity or entrance into the data collected by the contact form or comment form. Wordfence retains a list of malware related IP Addresses to identify possible threat entries to the website and they also check any related code or software to the website for any possible security threats/entry-points.
